Luisana Apestegui
Luisana provides legal assistance to Carao Ventures, she has over 10 years of experience in the legal profession.
In the early stages of her career, Luisana focused on tax law and corporate law. Since 2018, she has focused on providing legal advice to different players of the venture capital and impact investment ecosystem in Latin America.
Luisana is currently part of the transactional team at iitos, a boutique alternative services firm focused on venture capital and startups in Latin America.
She holds a law degree from the University of Costa Rica and an LLM from the University of Texas at Austin.
