Conrad Kopper
Conrad provides legal assistance to Carao Ventures, he has over 8 years of experience advising companies in a variety of corporate law transactions.
In the early stages of his professional career, Conrad primarily focused on mergers and acquisitions. However, since 2019, he has shifted his focus to providing legal services for "strategic growth markets" including venture capital, startups, emerging businesses, social enterprises, and impact investors in Latin America. This transition has endowed him with expertise in legal structuring for fundraising and fund formation procedures.
Currently, Conrad serves as a Partner and leads the transactional team at iitos, a boutique alternative services firm focused on venture capital and startups in Latin America.
Conrad holds a law degree from the University of Costa Rica and a diploma in Entrepreneurship from Aden Business School.
